the location offered convenient access to golf facilities and the charming village, ideal for leisurely explorations together. ample parking. i particularly cherished the fine views both from the hotel and the golf course, each panorama a canvas of natural beauty we admired hand in hand.
the experience, while pleasant, showed a lack of attention to detail, unexpected for a resort of its class. the provided water was limited to a single complimentary bottle upon arrival with no refills. i had hoped for a more intimate room setup than two twin beds pushed together for our romantic getaway

The restaurant food offered good quality with attentive staff, I found this good. The grounds were very well maintained, such a serene experience! I was so pleased the hotel was clean in all areas. My room was also quiet.
The timing for the shuttle to the beach could use some extending. The sunset was very late, so it was unfortunate for this timing conflict!

the lack of tea or coffee in my suite was surprising. the complimentary water was not refilled. the hotel seemed dated and in need of a paint job.

the breakfast was acceptable with lots of choice.
i found ants in my room, it wasnt nice at all. i did tell the staff, but i continue finding ants everyday. it really wasnt a nice experience since i have a baby.

The pool area was WONDERFUL!!! The food buffet had several options. Everything tasted delicious. The grounds were well kept. The courses are very enjoyable. The North course is more challenging.
I think the attention to detail could be better. This detail impacted my rating of this hotel. Regular cleaning and maintenance are vital.

All staff including reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning ladies were happy. The staff at the front desk was helpful. I thank Dani, Montse, and other waiters at dining.
